YCA Partners CPA Limited is formerly known as Yeung, Chan & Associates CPA Limited, since its registration in 2004 as a corporate practice under the Professional Accountants Ordinance in Hong Kong, has established a team with professional and experienced partners and staff.

YCA Corporate Services Limited is formerly known as World Leader Management Limited and is registered with Companies Registry as a Licensed Company Service Provider under the new Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance in 2018.

All of our partners have working experiences in auditing, corporate services, taxation and accounting fields for decades of years. Their individual experiences include auditing listed companies in both of Hong Kong and China, participating in financial due diligence for the merger and acquisition transactions, etc.
