Mr. Ng has over 20 years experience in auditing, accounting and financing professional field.
Prior to joining to our Group, Mr. Ng had worked in a listed company in Hong Kong and assisted the listed company successfully IPO in Hong Kong in year 2006.
Mr. Terence Kwok – Audit & Consultancy
Mr. Kwok has over 20 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
Before he joined our Group in 2004, he had also gained his professional audit experiences over 9 years in different local and international audit firms.
Mr. Woody Chiu – Audit & Consultancy
Mr. Chiu has over 10 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
He has extensive experience in general assurance and business advisory services in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Mr. Chu has over 10 years working experiences in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional field.
He has extensive knowledge in statutory Audit, financial reporting & analysis, ledger scrutiny, financial statements, and auditing of books of accounts for a variety of clients including firms, trusts and charitable institutions.
Ms. Catherine Hui – Audit & Consultancy
Ms. Hui has over 10 years’ working experience in auditing, accounting, taxation and financing professional fields.
She has extensive experience in statutory audit, financial reporting & analysis, financial statements, and auditing of books of accounts for a variety of clients including SFC licensed corporations and charitable institutions.
Mr Thomas Ho – Accounting and Company Secretarial Services
Thomas has over 20 years’ experience in outsourcing accounting, treasury, payroll adminsitration and company secretarial services.
Before joining our Group, he was the director of accounting services division of an international professional firm from which he gained experience in providing services to both MNCs and local clients.
Ms. Yik Mei Ling – Tax and Business Advisory
Mei Ling specialized in Hong Kong tax planning and compliance services since 1987 and also provides advisory services for a wide range of client dealing with personal and corporate tax affairs in both Hong Kong and China. Mei Ling has extensive experience in handling tax audit, tax investigation, lodgment of offshore claims and resolving tax disputes with Hong Kong tax authority and advising foreign companies on the appropriate investment structure for setting up their business in Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Stephen Liu – Insolvency Administration & Business Recovery
Mr. Liu is an insolvency practitioner specializing in corporate recovery and restructuring with over 28 years’ professional experience. He has worked in local and international accounting firms specializing in insolvency practice since the 1980s.
